How do the fees work for fitness professionals?

You get your first 90 days completely free. After that, the subscription is €12.99 per month.

How and when can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by emailing info@inhousehealthandfitness.com Once cancelled, your profile will be removed from the marketplace.

What exactly am I paying for?

Your subscription covers two things:

  1. Global exposure — your services are visible to customers in Ireland, the UK, the USA, the UAE, and more.

  2. Direct bookings — customers book and pay you directly. We don’t give you leads to chase. We send you real clients.

What is the InHouse Health&Fitness Marketplace?

It’s a global platform (launched in 2025) where fitness and health professionals can advertise their services, and customers can find verified, qualified, and insured experts they can trust.

Do I have to be a personal trainer to join?

No. We welcome many types of professionals - Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, Physios, Massage Therapists, Dietitians, Physical Therapists, and more.

Is the subscription tax-deductible?

In many countries, subscriptions like this are considered advertising or a business expense. This is not legal advice — please confirm with your accountant or financial advisor.

Why do I need to upload my documents (certification, ID, insurance)?

To protect both you and the customer. We only accept qualified and insured professionals, so clients know they’re booking someone legitimate and safe.

How long does approval take?

We aim to approve all profiles within 24 hours.
