This semi-private class allows two people to move, breathe, and unwind side by side in a tranquil setting designed for connection and mindful movement. Each session is tailored to your shared goals and energy — whether that’s deep relaxation, gentle strength-building, or simply time to reset together. You can specify your preferred asana style, or I can help you choose from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative yoga to suit both of your needs. Please note: pricing is per session (for two participants). If one person cannot attend, the session can still go ahead as a one-to-one, but the rate remains the same.
